Week 10 March – Spring has Sprung

Finally some good weather when I am free and feeling healthier! 

It felt great to get out this weekend with temperatures a little higher than they have been. This weekend we decided to take the bikes out on a little adventure ride choosing a route that took us out across some of the commons to Woolbedding. 

We had planned to complete the loop by getting up onto the South Downs Ridge but our route was quite boggy underground and the wet sticky sand just really takes it out of you. This meant I decided I would take the road route to finish the loop.

I also felt a lot more motivated this week completing a workout routine and yoga routine this week. I’ve also entered a trail breaks ride on the 25th March and Petersfield Ups and Downs. I did the PUAD the first year I started riding so I’m hopeful of an improvement on this ride.
