February – Goal Progress

My targets for 2017 are:

Bike 3000km
Run 100 miles
Walk 1000 miles
Weekly Yoga 52 sessions

I’ve got a number of other goals as well but these are the main ones I’ll be focusing on and these goals are to get me out and about as much as possible in 2017 to have a happier and healthier year than 2016.

February Stats

Bike 91.8km
Run 0 miles
Walk 7.8 mile
Weekly Yoga 4 sessions

Year so far

Bike 188km
Run 4.5 miles
Walk 39.1 mile
Weekly Yoga 9 sessions

I did find February hard to stay on track. The weather was pretty rubbish for most of it and coming down with flu knocked me out for almost 3 weeks. It’s March now though and with slightly warmer temperatures spring has arrived and I’m feeling more motivated!
