February Week 6 – We got some Snow!!

Well we got a tiny amount of snow, but snow it was. February has been a particularly busy month with other commitments pulling me far from my fitness goals for the year.

This week I had to skip over my Yoga session and I was really feeling that in my lower back by the end of the week. H and I however did manage to get out and about for a cold walk in the light snow around some woods near Charlton, where I came across a hole marked as Harris’ well, I did a quick Google when I got home and came across this gruesome story.

We only managed a little walk but it was better than being inside. We also managed a short ride around some woods the next day and found the potential of some new natural trails. The woods are so different in winter, it’s amazing what you can find for riding!
