My targets for 2017 are:

I’ve got a number of other goals as well but these are the main ones I’ll be focusing on and these goals are to get me out and about as much as possible in 2017 to have a happier and healthier year than 2016. January has as expected been slow progress, but I have made some progress.

I’ve definetly tailed off towards the end of the month, some of which was due to not feeling too well (I had to postpone a snowboarding lesson) but I’m planning to get back on it for February.
